Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail. Please check this carefully, and contact us - [email protected] - if you have any queries.

Goods are packed and shipped as soon as an order is received, so making changes to an order once it's been confirmed may not be possible. However, if you contact us we will do our best to help you!

Delivery

PostNord Varubrev/MyPack

All goods are sent via the Swedish Post. This means your package will be sent to your home or, in case of a larger parcel, to your nearest Postal collection point. In case your parcel can not be delivered to you mail box or door, you will receive information by sms/e-mail or letter.

Home parcel PostNord Hempaket

With PostNord Hempaket home delivery you will receive an sms or a phone message. After that you can choose date and time for your delivery. Dates and times available can vary regionally. PostNord Hempaket home parcels are delivered to your home address at daytime until 17pm or in the evening between 17pm and 21pm. Home parcel is delivered inside a time window of 2-3 hours.

Delivery within Sweden usually takes between 2 and 5 days. If your delivery is delayed for any reason, you will be notified via email or telephone. If anything you have ordered and paid for is out of stock, we will refund your card immediately and contact you by email. 

If your goods have been damaged in any way, please let us know as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays

Although we do our utmost to deliver on time, things can sometimes go wrong. If there are any delays in receiving your order, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate further. If you wish to cancel a delayed item, please contact us. However, QX Shop is not responsible for any delays in delivery or any consequences thereof. If it's important to receive your order by a certain date, please let us know.

Terms of payment

When you order at QX Web Shop, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. The agreement is established when your order is placed. By law, you must be over 18 to make a credit card payment.

Sales and promotions

Sale prices are valid while stock lasts, or until the date stated. QX Shop reserves the right to cancel a sale or promotion at any time.

Uncollected packages

For all large letters and packets not picked up will be charged a fee of 100 SEK. The fee represents the cost of fee, return shipping and handling. Payment terms are 30 days. When payment is late payment fee of 50 SEK and interest and possible collection costs. If you change your mind when the package was sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as uncollceted and charged accordingly

Prices

All prices on QX Shop are in SEK, and include VAT. Your order will also include all delivery and service charges.

Online payment - easy and safe

You are very welcome to pay by credit card, however we do not accept Diners. Payment is deducted directly from your account. QX Shop reserves the right to verify the validity of the card and that the amount can be billed. QX Shop also reserves the right to refuse purchase.

When you pay by credit card, there is no fee. Card payments are handled by our payment partner Svea Bank to ensure fast and secure payment.:

  1. Select Svea Checkout as your payment method at Checkout. 
  2. Select payment with credit card, and then enter the card number, expiry date, card security code (CVV) and the name of the cardholder. Please note that when paying online you need at least two months' clear before the card expires.
  3. A check is carried out to ensure all of the information is correct and that there are sufficient funds in the account for the purchase.
  4. The total is deducted from your account and transferred to QX Shop and your order will be sent.

Svea Checkout 

1. GENERAL

Svea Bank AB (publ) (“Svea”) provides the Checkout service (“Checkout”) to make it easier for you as a customer to shop online. By using Checkout, you approve Svea’s terms and conditions as set out below (“the Agreement”), including the special terms and conditions for the different payment alternatives linked under clause 2 below.

2. PAYMENT ALTERNATIVES

To make it easier for you as a customer, you approve the payment alternatives offered by Svea in advance. Payment alternatives offered vary from merchant to merchant and are also dependent on the credit check
on you that Svea performs. The payment methods are invoice payment, account credit (instalments), Swish and credit or debit card payment. It costs nothing to use Checkout, but possible taxes or charges may be added, depending on the payment method you choose.

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE PURCHASE

The processing of personal data is subject to the provisions of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

As controller, Svea processes personal data in order to deliver the products and services on which the parties have agreed and for other purposes,
e.g. to comply with laws and regulations. For detailed information about the processing of personal data, please refer to Svea’s data protection information, which is available at www.svea.com/se/dataskydd, or contact Svea. The data protection information on the website contains information that includes the rights of the data subject in connection with the processing of personal data, such as the right to information, correction and data portability.

By signing this Agreement, the customer consents to data in the form
of their name, addresses, phone number and personal ID number being shared with the Provider or with the actor that enables or performs the delivery of the purchase. The sharing of this data takes place in order that the purchase can be completed.

4. CREDIT CHECK

Before Svea grants you credit, Svea must perform the usual credit check
in order to ensure that you have the financial circumstances to fulfil the obligations set out in the credit agreement. By approving the terms and conditions in this Agreement, you give your consent to Svea performing a credit check on you as a customer. This enables us to make it easier for you to make a purchase via Checkout. You then have the freedom to choose the payment alternative that best suits you. As one element of the credit check, Svea may obtain a credit reference from a credit reference agency. Svea reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about your financial situation and the right to perform repeated credit checks.

5. ASSURANCE, ETC

By using Checkout and approving the Agreement, you give your assurance that the data you provide to Svea is correct, and that you have the right to conclude this Agreement and are not a minor or under trusteeship. If you provide incorrect data or use another person’s data, this will be deemed to be an abuse of the service and you may consequently be blocked from any further use of Checkout.

6. AMENDMENTS, ETC.

Svea has the right to amend the terms and conditions in this Agreement and the terms and conditions referred to in this Agreement. You are therefore asked to study all the terms and conditions before undertaking a new purchase through Checkout.

7. LIABILITY, APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

Svea accepts no liability in any instance for damage caused to you or another party, directly or indirectly, through your use of Checkout, apart from what is set out in mandatory consumer legislation.

complaints officer at Svea (klagomå[email protected]).

Svea observes the Swedish Act (2015: 671) on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Relations. This means that Svea will take part in a possible dispute resolution at a board for alternative dispute resolution, e.g. the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Privacy Act

Your personal information is protected by the Data Protection Act. This law is based on an EU directive from 1995 which increases the protection of individuals' privacy with respect to the increased number of records and compilations stored electronically. QX Shop is Data Controller regarding all personal information you provide to us, or that we may have access to when you purchase from us or visit our web site. The information will only be used for the purpose intended and to fulfil our commitments to you. To this end, we also need to be able to transfer this information to our partners. The information collected for the customer to make a purchase is used for this purpose only and will not be shared with any third party, except in connection with the order process.

Only our shipping partners receive your address and delivery information. In practice this means that this type of information is outside our direct control.

You also have the right to request a copy of the personal information held about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can change the data or choose to have it deleted.

Ownership

All goods remain property of QX Shop until full payment has been received. QX Shop reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Exchange and Return Policy

Refunds and cancellations

We want you to be happy with the service we provide! If you have any complaints with your order when you receive it it's important to contact us immediately to discuss the best solution. You can call us on 08 7203001 or email [email protected]

The customer is responsible for any return freight costs, and QX Shop cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred in transit.

You have full return and exchange right within 14 days after you received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned undamaged.
Clothes may be tested but not used. Return and exchange right does not apply to lingerie or swimwear. All labels will remain on the goods. All goods returned must be packed in bags or cardboard.

For return to be approved, the returned item must be substantially unaltered. The item should be packaged well, preferably in their original packaging with accompanying inner packaging and along with any accessories, transport damage due to faulty packaging will be charged as a customer. Put no address labels directly on the packaging but add the original package in another box/padded envelope.

Refunds

Refunds will be paid into a customer's account within 30 days. If you paid by credit card, we will send the money directly to your account as a credit.

Reservations

QX Shop reserves the right to remove products from sale at any time. It is not guaranteed that pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of a product. We also reserve the right regarding any typographical errors on the site, and the right to adjust any pricing errors that may occur.

Force Majeure

QX Shop is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to a factor as described below, including:

fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
